  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: For international orders, delivery times vary by destination. Standard international shipping typically takes 7-21 business days, depending on your location and the chosen shipping method.

  • International Tracking: We provide tracking information for all international orders, though some destinations may have limited tracking availability once the package reaches the destination country.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package.

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated after receiving the confirmation email.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to either refund the order or send a replacement.
  • Damaged Products: If your products arrive damaged, please provide photos of the damaged items and packaging. We will assess the damage and offer a suitable solution, including a replacement or refund.
  • Stolen Packages: Unfortunately, we are not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered but reported as stolen. We encourage you to use a secure delivery address.

7. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@robmylarbags.com. Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped.
  • Order Modifications: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations can only be made before the order is processed.
